TNF Rankings : Overview
Board Members
---
Board Members have the final say on decisions and activites within the guild. These members are required to have an authenticator and are the only ones who can do large guild bank transactions and functions. Players of this rank are given ultimate raid spot priority.
Officers
Officers are members who are passionate about seeing the guild succeed. Officers usually have specific jobs or roles but the main role is to assist in decision making in the guild so that a balance and fair guild can be ran. Players of this rank are given ultimate raid spot priority.
Senior Raiders
They have earned it. Players who are senior rank, have consistently worked hard and sacrificed their time and effort into the guilds progression. These are the players that have worked the hardest for us day in and day out. They will be the 1st ones invited to raids and will have seniority over any other rank in the guild for raid spots. Leaving a raid early, not showing up on time for a raid, or inactivity will result in a demotion.
Raiders
Raiders have successfully completed their trial membership, and impressed the officers with their performance. These players are given second priority with raid spots, and will have seniority over Trial and basic members. This position is a more casual raiding member, being accepted into a raid still requires that you meet the specific raid pre-requisites.
Members
Players of this rank are in the guild for its social aspect. This is usually the heart and sole of "Your Momma" jokes as well as the classic burn. There are no requirements for attendance or gear, and the guild will not depend on you for anything. You have zero responsibilities. Members are given lowest priority on raid spots, and are generally used as "substitutes" for when raiders are unable to show up.
Trial
Players of this rank are in the guild on a trial membership. Their raid attendance and ability to follow instructions will be evaluated during this trial, and if sufficient, will be promoted to a raider in the guild. Trial members are the 3rd rank of player to be invited to raids, and will have seniority over members.
Alt
Alt members will not be used in raids unless the officers request a player to switch characters. A player wishing to switch his or her alt to their main character must achieve / surpass the current gear standing of their main and the guild must have a raiding spot for this class/spec.
