There's a couple of nice trinkets for casters - one designed for healers and the other for dps.
Its worthy to note that the gear in ruby sanctum is ilvl 271 - which is higher than the 264 gear in ICC 25. 271 is on par with gear dropped by the lich king in normal mode.  |

I noticed that.
