TNF has 2 facetts of WoW gameplay we dabble in. We have a 30 man progression crew that raids the most challenging of raids on a near daily basis, and a casual crew that plays the game to just have a good time. The bridge between the 2 groups is and has been crossed by players on a monthly basis. Just pick up a job that requires most of your time... and you just cant hack the progression crew for the next couple months? No worries, while you deal with work schedules you can get your craving for raiding with our casual group. Did you just recently master your class and are ready to blow up some some big game raids? Prove to us that you're worthy of a progression raid spot and let's dominate some ICC.

Below I will list what you can expect from TNF and also what we expect from you.

Casual Crew: If you are a part of TNF’s Casual Crew you can expect us to treat you as so. We will have a calm, friendly atmosphere during raids, and expect people to be joking around. This is, just a game after all. Vent will be far from any raging, QQ’ing, or any other form of “nerd rage”. We want our casual players having a good time while playing this game, not logging off wondering why they still play.

What we expect from you :
We expect our casual raiders to play this game because it’s a game, and they want to have fun. We expect you to have a cool head through wipes, and we expect you to have an overall good attitude. We want you to be a part of the guild, not just show up for raids. Not making raids isn’t something we frown on, but we do want you to let us know when you sign up for a raid… and end up not being able to make it. If you’re a casual member, act like it. We do not want any elitist attitudes in our progression raids, much less our casual raids. Come prepared for a fight, but by all means… make sure to keep your life outside of WoW running smoothly.

Progression crew : If you are a part of TNF's progression crew you can expect us to treat you right. You're not trash when you make one mistake, nor are you a god when you do your job perfectly. Expect consistency in our attitude towards you, friendly. However, expect us to know when it's time to pull someone else into the raid for your spot, due to focus, keep in mind that being part of the progression crew requires thinking about the group before yourself. You can expect us to keep vent far from any raging, complaining, or any other form of "nerd rage". It is up to the Officers and Raid leaders to call out someone's mistakes, when needed, not you. You can expect us to go into a fight knowing exactly what we need to do to down a boss. Expect focus, laughs, and fun if you're a part of the progression crew. Our Raid leaders are known for their cool heads, but they will say what needs to be said. If someone is consistently screwing up, expect to be called out.

What we expect from you :

We expect you to know every detail about your class and to stay updated on your class constantly. We also expect you to know how to use those details to down a boss in the easiest fashion. We expect you to be prepared for every fight, before the raid begins. Read strategies, and watch videos. We expect you to have properly itemized gear and be fully gemmed and enchanted. We expect you to listen to calls and do what you are told. Most importantly we expect you to have a good attitude while being the best player for the job. We don't want to hear how bad someone else is, and we don't want to hear you talk about how good you are. We require focus from each of our members during raids. Also, expect to be moved around while raiding. Taken out of the raid for one fight and put back in for another. Many fights become drastically easier with a certain raid comp, we plan to meet it.

How do you get into TNF?

Fill out an application with the following details. Be specific, give us information about yourself ( interests outside of work, what you do for a living, etc), and give us details about each of your answers.

(All points marked with a "*" are only necessary for the players that wish to join the progression crew.)

1) What is your name, your character's name, and your character's spec?
2) What is your age?
3)* What justifies your current spec vs. Other current cookie cutter specs?
4)* Link us your WoWarmory
5)* Link any form of recount logs you have. We are looking for big numbers that do their job. Not just dps that sits on the boss or healers that spam 2 buttons.
6) What were your previous guilds?
7) Why did you leave these guilds?
8 ) Why do you want to be a part of TNF and how did you find out about us?
9) Interests in WoW? Why do you enjoy raiding? Is it the thrill of downing a new boss, etc?
10) Additional information about yourself, in game and IRL. *not optional.

What are we currently looking for?

Casual Crew : Players that are interested in having fun, and that have a good attitude.
