Thought I'd post up the secrets to Amata's DPS.

Rules of thumb:
STR is your #1 stat
ArPen is a close second.
Crit will fall into place on its own.

Basically you want to stack as much Strength and Armor Pen as you can, while maintaining your Hit and Expertise caps.
