PvE Arcane
Arcane still isnt incredibly popular, but it is halfway decent in pve now, grabbed precision just to have a ridiculously low hit cap, and you can be ok in pvp while you're at it.

PvE FrostFire
Yay huge ffb crits, but you need decent gear to show a noticable differance over plain fire. Move points out of flame throwing into blast wave and dragon's breath if thats your thing.
