For this raid the following is required:
** You can only bring your "Raiding - Main" as denoted in the guild notes.
** Gear must be enchanted and gemmed with 80-level enchants and gems. If you cannot afford this or need help

you can get shoulder and helm ghetto enchants by way of stone keepers shards. the good shoulder enchants are from sons of hodir rep whilst good helm enchants come from earning rep with a WOTLK faction (Argent Crusade, Kirin Tor, Knights of the Ebon Blade, Wyrmrest Accord).
everyone should be able to have at either AP+Resil or SP+Resil to helm and shoulders if they have elected not to get the superior PVE oriented shoulder enchants via Hodir dailies, or haven't earned enough rep for the appropriate head enchant with a WOTLK faction.

I've got a lot of homework to get done, as of now i'm the 26th participant so no worries though.
